Curtis Reilly obtained his BA from St. Thomas University, in 2000. He graduated with a double major in Criminology and History, with a minor in Political Science. Since completing university, Curtis has gained considerable work experience as a youth worker with the Office of the Attorney General PEI, Child and Family Services and the Eastern School Board District. He joined the MCPEI Employment Services team in August, 2005, as an Employment Counselor.

Originally born and raised in western Prince Edward Island, Curtis is proud to be serving his clients, as he continues to build strong partnerships with private businesses, government organizations, and not-for-profit groups throughout Prince County and the Lennox Island First Nation.

Curtis believes that youth are the future and is committed to developing and building programs and individual career plans to assist each client along their own chosen path. Curtis is involved in several volunteer groups, such as the inspiring Lennox Island Aboriginal Youth Environmental Services (AYES). This is a program designed to develop youth to be leaders within their home community, with a focus of reaching out to neighboring ones. The group is focused upon organizing events with Elders and children, while creating healthy-living lifestyles.

Curtis looks forward to many exciting new opportunities and activities as part of the MCPEI team, as well as continued success with existing and future clients, partnerships and departments within the Aboriginal Community and throughout Prince Edward Island.
