From 2001-2005, on secondment from Parks Canada, Jesse Francis assisted in the development of the Lennox Island Aboriginal Ecotourism programme. As Ecotourism Manager, he was involved in various aspects of the program including; planning, development, implementation and management. From 1997-2002, he worked for Parks Canada as an interpreter.

Jesse is the manager of the MCPEI – Parks Canada Joint Projects. Jesse resides in Wellington with his wife and their three children.
