On January 10, 2011 Sandra Gaudet joined MCPEI as our third Executive Director. Sandra brings to this position experience in a number of areas including education, human resources, health and social programs and resource and financial management. In addition to working as a consultant for the public and private sectors, Sandra has a long career with the Government of Canada in a number of senior management positions in three departments. Most recently Sandra was the Area Director for Fisheries and Oceans Canada in PEI. As such she was the designated senior officer responsible for the operations of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in PEI.

Sandra brings to MCPEI a commitment to providing service and to building partnerships within MCPEI and with the Governments we serve in Lennox Island and Abegweit First Nations.
