Stacey Bishop

Stacey is the mother of three children. Born and raised in Rural PEI she understands the benefits and challenges that are faced by people who live in Rural PEI which she feels will be an asset to the families that she will be working with as a Family Support Worker.

Stacey has a certificate in the Human Services Program, from Holland Collage. While enrolled in the arts Program at UPEI Stacey also received credits in Sociology and Psychology courses.

Stacey has 17 years experience working in the community of Lennox Island First Nation, first as a Supported Employment Councillor then as an Educational Assistant at the John J Sark Memorial Elementary School and now a Family Support Worker for MCPEI.

Stacey is always looking for ways to further her education, her long term goal is to work toward receiving her degree in social work.
